Since 2014 we have used only natural and organic products for all treatments, and in 2017 we began the conversion to certified organic farming (Bioagricert). On Alpicella Hill, our <strong>11-hectare<\/strong> estate is home to three holiday houses, but at its heart it is an <strong>organic olive farm<\/strong>. Among ancient olive trees and Mediterranean nature, we work with great care, <strong>respect for the land<\/strong>, and a lot of hands-on dedication.<\/p><p data-start=\"320\" data-end=\"559\">For six years, our farm has been organically certified by BioAgriCert, a strict and well-respected certification body. This means consistent standards, regular controls, and truly sustainable farming in harmony with the Ligurian landscape.<\/p><p data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"880\">Our pride is our <strong>premium organic extra virgin olive oil<\/strong>, made from the famous <strong>Taggiasca olive<\/strong>. This variety is known worldwide for its elegance and fine taste: smooth, balanced, and aromatic, with gentle notes of almond, herbs, and Mediterranean freshness.
